Atlanta Smoke Alarm Program (A.S.A.P.)

The Atlanta Fire Rescue Department wants to ensure each home in the City of Atlanta has a working smoke alarm.  To receive a free smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector ... contact the ASAP Hotline (404) 546-2733!

Why do our volunteers enjoy working with the Atlanta Fire Rescue Department's Smoke Alarm program...Smoke Alarms Save Lives!  Our volunteers receive a tremendous feeling of accomplishment knowing how they helped keep another City of Atlanta resident safe from fires.  They also feel a sense of camaraderie when working closely together with firefighters within the community.  One Atlanta Resident commented on the ASAP program by saying, "Thanks for your quick response! Having AFD install these detectors will be tremendous relief for my family and me."
